Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Tatango is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part.
How many groups can I create under one plan?
As many as you like. Seriously, create as many groups as you want, the more the better, right?
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Need to use another form of payment? Contact us and we will work with you.
Are there Tatango plans with more messages?
Absolutely. If you need more messages than our plans offer, contact us. We offer plans up to one million messages per month (no joke).
What counts as a message?
Each message that hits a member’s mobile phone is counted towards your monthly limit. (1 message sent to 100 people = 100 messages)
What is a Keyword?
A keyword is a word that members can text to 68398 from their own mobile phone to join your group. i.e. Text PIZZA to 68398. (PIZZA is the keyword)
What is a User?
A User is someone with administrative privileges to a specific group within your account. They have their own login, password, etc.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at anytime.
