Our Policy
Tatango strictly adheres to both FCC and Mobile Marketing Association guidelines in regards to how we operate and how we allow our groups to operate on the website. Tatango has a zero tolerance policy for spam, meaning that users will be assured to only receive messages from groups that you have opted-in to. In addition, Tatango and partners of Tatango will not have the ability to message you without your consent.
Our Definition of Spam
We consider any unwanted SMS message as spam. This includes sending a group member a message that is unrelated to the group in which they added themselves.
Remove Yourself From A Group
Tatango allows all group member the ability to opt-out quickly, easily, and permanently from receiving future messages from that group. This is done either from logging into your account on our website or by sending a text message from your phone to 68398 with any of the following words STOP, REMOVE, OPT OUT or CANCEL. If you are having problems with this, please feel free to send us an email.
Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement:
Tatango has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to spam. If we suspect that a group is in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, we will terminate that groups account.
Report Abuse To Tatango
To report any abuse or violations of inappropriate use of our service, please contact us. We take abuse reports very serious and will immediately terminate that groups account if they are found to be in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy.
